PSP Group
  • 2010
    Pandamaran Synergy Petroleum Sdn Bhd was incorporated.
  • 2012
    Pandamaran Synergy Petroleum Sdn Bhd received its first PDA License for the marketing and distribution of diesel and fuel oil on a wholesale basis in Malaysia.
    PSP Marine (M) Sdn Bhd and PSP Lubricants (M) Sdn Bhd were incorporated.
  • 2013
    Pandamaran Synergy Petroleum Sdn Bhd commenced its trading and distribution of fuel products businesses in January 2013.
    PSP Lubricants (M) Sdn Bhd commenced its distribution of lubricant products business in March 2013.
  • 2014
    PSP Marine (M) Sdn Bhd commenced its truck-to-ship bunkering services for vessels berthing at Port Klang, Selangor.
  • 2015
    PSP Marine (M) Sdn Bhd acquired our first vessel namely PSP Grace and we commenced ship-to-ship bunkering services in Malaysia.
  • 2016
    We relocated our operations to Telok Gong, Port Klang.
    PSP Marine (M) Sdn Bhd acquired our second vessel namely PSP Glory.
  • 2017
    We launched our own brand lubricant products for sales in the local market.
    We expanded our distribution of lubricant products to the southern region of Peninsular Malaysia.
  • 2021
    Pandamaran Synergy Petroleum Sdn Bhd was certified compliant with ISO 9001: 2015 for the activities of storage and distribution of petroleum products by Guardian Independent Certification Ltd.
  • 2022
    PSP Marine (M) Sdn Bhd acquired our third vessel namely PSP Golden.
    We set up a branch office at Senai, Johor for the distribution of lubricant products business in the southern region market of Peninsular Malaysia.
  • 2023
    PSP Marine (M) Sdn Bhd was certified compliant with ISO 9001: 2015 for the activities of bunkering services by Guardian Independent Certification Ltd.
  • 2024
    Pandamaran Synergy Petroleum Sdn Bhd received Carbon Credits Retirement Certificate from Shell, which certified that 729 carbon credits were retired for Pandamaran Synergy Petroleum Sdn Bhd by Shell from their global carbon credit portfolio on 9 January 2024 to compensate for 729 tonnes of carbon dioxide equivalent emissions from the Shell products purchased in 2023.
    PSP Lubricants (M) Sdn Bhd was certified compliant with ISO 9001: 2015 for the activities of storage and trading of lubricants by Guardian Independent Certification Ltd.
